DISPUTES Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Thinkyoungproductions.com or Jollytheelf.com or to products or services sold or distributed by Shepherd Ripley Studios, LLC or through Thinkyoungproductions.com or Jollytheelf.com shall be adjudicated in any state or federal court in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
WHERE DO WE SHIP? We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. If you have a question about shipping to a particular destination, please contact us. Please note that our flat rate shipping quotes apply only to items shipping within the continental Untied States.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST? WE are working on a rate chart and or a link for calculating shipping costs. We appreciate your patience with us while we implement a fair and cost effective means to ship outside the continental United States. In the meantime, please e-mail us if you are a customer not located within the continental United States with you address and we will calculate shipping for you.
HOW DO WE SHIP? We ship books via media mail within the continental United States. Jolly the Elf himself will be shipped via ground within the continental United States. For paintings, we will provide a specific shipping quote with insurance options. For shipments outside of the continental United States, we will be posting shipping rates in the near future. For now, please send us an e-mail with your address and we will calculate shipping and handling. WHEN DO WE SHIP? When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. In general, items are shipped within 7 business days from payment if the item is in stock.
RETURNS. You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Thinkyoungproductions.com or Jollytheelf.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), otherwise you pay for the return shipment costs. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted and no refund shall be issued. Only items returned within 30 days after delivery and that are unopened and in new condition or not in new condition due to our error will be accepted as a return and have a refund issued. |
